Our Western design, crafted from 100% heavy western-weight rabbit fur felt.

Featuring a 7cm brim and a classic Cattleman crease — the "open road" silhouette that has defined western hat-making for generations.

The Cattleman crease is the most enduring crown shape in western hat tradition: a single centre crease running front to back, flanked by two side dents, producing a structured, upright profile that sits with quiet authority. Heavy western-weight felt gives the brim its characteristic body and drape, holding its shape through wear.

All Flagship designs come with a chestnut calves leather sweatband.

Every hat is made to order, with a current lead time of 6–10 weeks.

We offer a curated selection of felt colours, though availability may vary. If your chosen colour is unavailable, we'll let you know as soon as possible — and if you have a colour in mind that isn't listed, please get in touch, as we may be able to source it.

*Vintage 3-Ply Ribbon Hat Band: We are now able to offer a vintage 3-ply ribbon as a hat band option. Currently available in Dark Brown and Silver Belly, with more colours to be added in due course. If you'd like this option, please specify your preferred colour — Dark Brown or Silver Belly — in the order notes at checkout. As a guide, Dark Brown pairs particularly well with our chocolate felt, while Silver Belly complements the lighter tone felts beautifully.

Please note: If you select a Brim Binding option (15mm or 25mm), the binding ribbon will be made in the same colour as your hat band. The binding is only available in the listed felt colours (e.g. black, mink, Bone etc). If you'd prefer a different colour from those listed, please specify this in the order notes at checkout.

Brim Finishing: Both brim binding options — 15mm and 25mm — are finished entirely by hand, one stitch at a time. This level of craft takes considerable time and skill, and the small additional charge reflects that. It's a detail that elevates the hat, and one we're proud to offer.
