1. Overview This website is operated by B.H-Jones Hatmaker. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Please take a moment to review them before purchasing.

2. Made to Order Every hat we create is made to order and crafted by hand. We currently have a lead time of 6–10 weeks, though this may vary depending on complexity and our current workload. We take great care with every piece and appreciate your patience — good things take time.

Once your order is complete and dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and an estimated delivery date from the carrier.

Please note: our Specials — Ready to Wear collection is an exception. These pieces are completed and available for immediate dispatch.

3. Products As handcrafted items, each hat may carry subtle individual characteristics. These are a natural result of the making process and a mark of genuine craftsmanship, not a fault.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in GBP (£). For bespoke commission orders, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before dispatch. No work will commence until the deposit has been received. For ready-to-wear items, full payment is required at the time of ordering. 5. Order Changes & Cancellations All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please take care when selecting your size and fit before completing your purchase — if you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to advise.

If you believe you have made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments may be possible in the early stages after an order is placed, but once your hat has entered production, no changes can be made.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced, as materials will have been ordered and work begun on your behalf.

6. Alterations In the unlikely event that we make an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you. However, alterations required due to an incorrect size, fit, or style being selected by the customer will be subject to a charge to cover the work involved.

7. Shipping & Insurance All orders are shipped with insurance cover. In the event of damage in transit, you agree to cooperate fully with the claims process, including providing photographs and any other information required by the shipping carrier. Where a replacement is needed, it will be made and dispatched upon successful completion of the claims process.

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected countries worldwide. We do not currently ship to European Union member states.

8. Import Duties & Taxes All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any applicable import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure what charges may apply.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including photography, text, and branding, belongs to B.H-Jones Hatmaker and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
