The Keeper — Mustard Tarboosh

A modern interpretation of the traditional Fez, or Tarboosh, handcrafted by B.H-Jones Hatmaker.

We present to you an adventure Fez — for those who keep a passport in their jacket pocket and a sense of occasion about them at all times. Whether you're brushing dust from ancient stonework in the Valley of the Kings, arriving fashionably late to a rooftop gathering of people who definitely don't belong to a secret society, or simply of the persuasion that life is too short for an ordinary hat — The Keeper was made for you.

Crafted in a rich mustard wool felt, finished with the classic tassel and an embroidered patch by Verina of Fabric Tattoos Embroidery, a Lincolnshire Textile Tattoo Artist whose hand-embroidered work is as singular as the hats it adorns. A one-of-a-kind piece with just enough mystery to warrant a second glance.

Sold. And rather quickly, as it turns out. The Keeper found its person before it had a chance to get comfortable on the shelf — which feels entirely right for a hat like this.
